I've been part of the Pilot Rock team for two years now, serving as office manager primarily in our Medford location. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, I know how important it is to make sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they reach out to us.
A big part of my role involves managing schedules for our advisors and working to create consistency and structure for the whole team. I love being the person who helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring there's always a clean line of service between our team and our clients. When someone calls with a question or needs to schedule an appointment, I want them to feel confident that they're in good hands. Every day, I get to be part of helping families move closer to their goals, and that's something I find incredibly rewarding.
What drew me to this industry is the combination of mathematics and communication that it requires. I've always been strong in both areas, and I love how this work allows me to use those skills to help people with something as important as their financial future. I'm motivated to keep learning and growing in this field because I can see how much of a difference our team makes in people's lives.
I was born and raised right here in Southern Oregon as the youngest of five siblings, so Southern Oregon has always been home to me. Throughout my life, I have worked hard to learn how to communicate effectively and stay organized—skills that serve me well in this role every day.
In my spare time, I'm passionate about coaching and playing volleyball, and I love animals and teaching about how to take care of them properly. There's something really fulfilling about helping animals and people understand each other.
